Unlike most San Diego divers, I did not learn to dive at La Jolla Shores!  I had met Dr. Bill Creasy in a university class he was teaching, and when he mentioned that he would be diving the Egyptian Red Sea that summer, I decided I would join the adventure.  But first I had to learn to swim!

Excited and determined, I hired a private instructor, and every day for the next six months I practiced in the pool under her supervision. Finally, I was ready for my first scuba lesson. 

From my first breath underwater, I was hooked.  I did my certification dives in the Red Sea, and I had never seen anything so beautiful in my life!

Since then I have worked hard to become the best diver and instructor I can be.  I look forward to sharing with you the pure joy of diving and adventure travel to the world’s most beautiful locations!
